I. Product Quality This is ensured with standardization and quality in design and production. Our product-based quality approach is realized in 5 stages.
Quality in Raw Material: The primary condition for developing a quality product is to use a quality raw material. Therefore, raw material selection is of special importance for AYSPAK.
Quality in Procurement: As a result of extensive market search in terms of material procurement, AYSPAK has established a network of suppliers that we believe will add value to our brand.
Quality in Production: At every stage of the machine production, quality controls are carried out to ensure that each component produced is suitable for assembly.
Quality in Testing: Having completed the machine assembly processes, we perform all kind of operational tests on it, including speed, safety and other case or machine-specific features.
Quality Certifications: AYSPAK holds ISO 9001: 2000 certificate to prove its quality management system. Our machines are certified in accordance with appropriate EN, ISO and TSE standards and provided with CE Marking for the European markets.

Occupational Safety: At AYSPAK, we are aware that the real driving force behind our success is our human resources. AYS-art: AYS-art design team, which understands the special expectations and needs of the customers, thus putting our company one step ahead of competitors with appropriate design solutions. APS (Ayspak Production System): Highly qualified APS team that manufactures and assembles packaging system components with great precision and due diligence.

AYSPAK production system consists of 6 main units; CNC sheet metal processing centre, CNC parts processing centre, assembly, robotics, electrical and quality control units.

Our production is carried out with meticulous care under the support and control of AYS-quality team within the framework of international quality standards. With the contribution of our in-house developed “task automation system”, at every stage of our production process that starts with 3D design, parts are produced in virtual environment and then transferred to related business centres in the form of files that include technical drawings along with 3D models and necessary manufacturing data without losing any reference.

By virtue of the technology-based data transfer created between different units and systems during the production, all kinds of coordinate and reference losses are eliminated and machine parts are produced and assembled with great accuracy and care. After the manufacture of each component, necessary quality control processes are performed. The machine parts passing the quality control checks successfully are transferred to the assembly unit and the machine assembly stage is started. With a meticulous work, all mechanical components, electrical systems and robotic systems, if any, are assembled and tested. Thus the machine is made ready for delivery to the customer by performing final checks and controls.

AYS-soft: It is the team that develops a technology-based management system enabling us to swiftly perform all the managerial processes specific to AYSPAK.

All our production and process management coordination is supported by our engineers and solution partners' broad experience and expertise along with the software developed to integrate with and adapt to the changing management and technological infrastructure. The software for our products is developed by taking into account all the flexibility and stored within our organization.
