AYSPAK’s Tray Forming Machine
With its specially designed compact structure, is the perfect solution for producing carton trays for packaging. The machine can produce up to 40 trays per minute, depending on the styles of tray, with the hot melt glue application at joints for a strong finish. It is designed to fit your customised needs, in addition to improved safety, durability, productivity and efficiency features. It provides solutions to the specific needs of customers in a wide range of industries including food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics sectors.
To briefly explain the operation of the machine, the blank cartons are placed in the magazine section of the machine. The machine automatically takes one blank carton from the magazine and puts onto the conveyor transferring it to a mould. A forming head pushes down the blank into the mould where side flaps are folded and joined.
