It is a specially designed, compact, case erecting machine which can prepare up to 10 cases per minute depending on the format of the case. The machine automatically erects cases from knock-down flat case bundles and making them ready for filling. To briefly explain the operation of the machine, knock-down flat cases are placed onto the magazine of the machine by an operator before it is switched on. The machine automatically picks one flat case from the magazine and erects it onto the conveyor. The machine then closes and tape seals the bottom flaps of the case, leaving the top open for filling. An operator manually puts the product into the case, closes the upper flaps and tape seals them and finishes the process. If requested, automatic top flaps closure and sealing system is installed and the machine can be integrated with existing upstream/downstream packing lines.
