Fold Wrapping Casing Machine
This machine can perform case packaging of various products. It is a continuous motion, entry level machine for the companies where ease of use, speed and performance are all important. With this machine, operation speeds up to 25 packages per minute can be achieved depending on the choice of box and product. To give a short description of the machine’s operation, the blank cartons/cases are placed in the magazine section of the machine while the products onto the product conveyor by the operator and the machine is started. The machine takes one blank case from the magazine and puts onto the conveyor and erects the sides up, leaving one end open for filling. At the same time the products are automatically grouped and positioned on the feed line and then side-loaded onto the case automatically. At the oncoming stations, the top and side flaps of the case are automatically wrapped and sealed as requested, thus completing the packaging operation.
