Horizontal Continuous Motion Cartoning Machine
This machine enables direct casing of various products. It is a continuous movement, entry level machine featuring ease of use and reliable performance for applications at medium speeds, all representing the most important criteria expected from a machine. With this machine, a production rate of up to 90 packages per minute can be achieved depending on the choice of carton and product. Designed principally for the companies still doing traditional manual cartoning practices, it is a high-performance, reliable, efficient and modular cartoning machine that provides solutions to the most of the specific needs of customers from a wide range of industrial sectors. Thanks to its hygienic stainless steel structure which makes it particularly suitable also for food and pharmaceutical packaging applications.
Having done the preliminary adjustments and preparations on the machine, the carton blanks are placed into the magazine of the machine and the products are manually placed onto the feed conveyor by a person and then the machine is started. The machine takes one folded carton from the magazine and erects it to prepare for filling. At the same time the products are automatically positioned on the feed line and then side-loaded into the carton from its open end. At the oncoming stations, the flaps of the carton are automatically sealed as requested, thus finishing the operation.
